Huntsville Wet Hop Mini-Fest


        Three area brewers feature fresh "wet" hops from Hop Head Farms in Michigan.  The hops were harvested and trucked straight to Alabama where the breweries immediately set to brewing beers featuring these hops.


Salty Nut Funky Fresh IPA (Wet Hop Edition)

Funky Fresh IPA is just that: a wet hop IPA. Brewed with Chinook and Cascade hops, this one has an intense aroma. We bittered with Columbus hops, and added 24 lbs/barrel of wet Cascade and Chinook at the end of the boil to give this beer an amazing aroma and fresh taste. 7% ABV


Straight to Ale Hopsoon Pale Ale

Introducing our newest offering - Hopsoon Pale Ale! A delicate fresh hopped harvest ale full of subtle aromatics provided by the enormous amount of wet Chinook, Cascade, and HHB069 hops that we used to brew it. 6% ABV, 45 IBU


Blue Pants 5th Anniversary Triple IPA

5th Anniversary Triple IPA, features Chinook wet hops, as well as Mandarina Bavaria from Hop Head Farms.  11% ABV
